Anco was built around a simple observation: businesses can look very different from the outside than they do from the inside.
Revenue numbers tell you what happened. They don't necessarily tell you why it happened, whether it is repeatable, or whether the organisation behind it can produce the next number.

Richard Hoare is a seasoned technology executive and commercial operator with nearly two decades of experience building and leading organisations across enterprise technology and specialised sectors of the economy.
His career has included senior commercial and international leadership roles with global technology companies, working with organisations across healthcare, life sciences and other complex, highly regulated environments.
He has built and led teams, entered new markets, developed commercial organisations and worked closely with executive teams and investors on growth and performance.
Anco brings that experience together across two activities: advising investors and management teams through Anco Advisory, and acquiring and building businesses through Anco Investments.
